- First of all, make up your mind that you really want to be Happy.
- Now look around and identify what all are there to enjoy and feel happy about. You will find plenty of resources for your happiness.
- Do you know that every breath is a pleasure ? Ask any asthmatic patient and s/he will tell you what a pleasure it is to have a trouble-free breathing! But we take our breathing just for granted. We don't feel anything great about breathing. No, it is a real great Blessing and let us start enjoying every bit of our breathing from now onwards. Each breath not only fills our lungs with pure oxygen but also a lot of life -enhancing priciples which should make us feel great. So be conscious of each of your breaths and enjoy the glowing sensation with each breath.
- Day-break is a pleasure which each one of us is likely to miss, if we are not alert. Just imagine what all new things can happen whenever a new day breaks ! Can we afford to miss the fun of all those things ? No, it's a criminal waste of our lifetime if we are not alive to all those fantastic things happening at the time of the dawn. Sun spreading its golden rays, waking up almost every living thing on this earth and reminding them that he has already arisen to assist and guide them through their day's work. Say a " Good Morning " to the Sun and welcome its energising rays into your own life. Life can never be dull again ! ( To be continued ... )
